Hi, I’m Victoria.

I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) based in Arizona, and I hold my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. Love of Neuro is my creative and professional home—a space where high-level clinical training meets practical, human-centered resources.

In my private practice, I provide neuro-affirming, trauma-informed therapy for individuals looking to untangle their lived experiences, make sense of their cognitive patterns, and build lives that actually fit their brains. I believe therapy should evolve along with the latest evidence-based care, which is why I continuously engage in advanced post-graduate training—most recently expanding my specialized focus in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for OCD.

Beyond individual therapy, I wanted a dedicated space to build all the things I’m passionate about. Here, you’ll find self-paced courses, guided meditations, and written works designed to offer practical tools, unlearn shame, and help you navigate the world with self-compassion.

Whether you’re looking to book a therapy session or explore my latest courses, books, and meditations, I’m so glad you’re here.

My Clinical Approach

In my private practice, I provide neuro-affirming, trauma-informed therapy designed to meet you where you are. Rather than viewing neurodivergence through a deficit lens, I focus on understanding your unique cognitive patterns, untangling lived experiences, and building practical strategies that actually fit your life.
